Importer/Wholesale company in business for over 50 years requires an inside sales and customer service representative for our Surrey BC head office.

This is a full-time position on our order desk with some of the responsibilities including:
Answering incoming phone calls
Assisting customers with inquiries
Processing customer orders
Assisting outside sale agents
Preparing processing quotations
Reviewing costing and preparing excel spreadsheets
Performing other duties and responsibilities as required


Must have 3 years or more customer service experience in the automotive or industrial industry
Experience and knowledge of automotive aftermarket or industrial tools
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Proficient with MS office, MS work, excel, internet explorer and outlook
Experience in processing orders by using EDI systems
Highly motivated and organized with a strong attention to detail
Fluent in English and bilingual in French an asset

We require a warehouse person for shipping and receiving in a full time position.
This would include picking and packing of orders. Previous warehouse and forklift experience would be an asset.
Depending on experience hourly wage is 17.50 to 18.00 hour plus benefits.
